We are all on a journey. Throughout this journey there are times we need a moments rest. The road is always changing.
Yoga ia a personal journey. To be the best we can be we must bridge our minds and bodies. As long as you are breathing you can do yoga. I offer a variety of modifications to assist you in accessing the various poses and movements. I also offer Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Trauma Informed (Veterans Yoga Project) classes which can range from body to emotional trauma. The Trauma informed classes can be a great addition when you are working with your therapist.** Our classes are Gentle and Restorative Hatha yoga with a bit of Qi Gong included. Our bodies hold our emotions. As we release tension and work different areas, it is common to have emotional moments. We will also build time that you feel comfortable practicing a variety of meditation styles. I will also give you tools to use when you need a break.
